Partial Coordination

Pre Wedding

  • Initial meeting/ consultation

  • Provide insight on vendors fitting the clients vision

  • One meeting at venue pre event/ final walkthrough meeting if needed

  • Develop event day timeline and schedule

  • Go over existing contracts

  • Communication with venue and vendors/ confirm one-two weeks out

  • Create floor plan and layout


  • Assist with décor set up

  • Work with florist to hand out all bouquets and florals

  • Coordinate with photographers/ videographers and provide a to-shoot list

  • Work with vendors to make sure everyone arrives on time and sets up accordingly


  • Set up all necessary décor for reception/ oversee turnover if needed

  • Go over timeline with venue if needed

  • Oversee seating chart and tables

  • Coordinate entry for bridal party

  • Maintain and execute the schedule for the evening

  • Handle last minute emergencies

  • Oversee breakdown, deliver payments to vendors, etc.


This package will begin anywhere from 5-2 months prior to your wedding date.  We will take over all communication, make any other plans and arrangements you haven't made yet and then execute it day of.  This package is best for couples who need an extra hand piecing everything together.
