
Full Coordination & Design

Pre Wedding
-
Three in person/ zoom meetings (including initial consultation) OR monthly calls depending on clients location
-
Pre-event site visit with client/ meetings with venue leading up to event day
-
Prepare and oversee wedding budget
-
Creation of save the dates and invites by our graphic designer (Selina Murphy)
-
Assistance in over all design and theme of wedding
-
Access to vendor recommendations
-
Assistance with floral, linens, table settings, centerpieces, etc.
-
Communication with venue and vendors/ confirm one-two weeks out
-
Create floor plan, seating chart and furniture layout
-
Develop and execute event day timeline and schedule
-
Schedule all logistics with vendors for day of execution
Ceremony
-
Meet vendors and oversee set up
-
Assist with décor set up
-
Work with florist to hand out all bouquets and florals
-
Coordinate with photographers/ videographers and provide a to-shoot list
-
Que up wedding party in preparation to walk down the aisle
-
Ensure all guests are seated/ in place for start of ceremony
Reception
-
Set up all necessary décor for reception/ oversee turnover if needed
-
Go over timeline with venue and vendors
-
Coordinate toasts if required
-
Set up cake table/ bridal table if needed

Oversee seating chart and table layout
-
Coordinate entry for wedding party

Maintain and execute the schedule for the evening
-
Coordinate exit if necessary
-
Oversee breakdown, deliver payments to vendors, etc.
